Getting started

If not done already, you have to first connect your Google account with Hustlr.io. It is quite simple. Just go to the link below and complete the steps to connect your Google account with Hustlr.

After the steps are complete, you are taken to "My Campaigns" page. Press the 'Add New' button to create your first Campaign.

Creating a Campaign

When you click the Create Campaign Button, it first asks you to select the source Google Sheet . Select the Google Sheet where you have the Contact and other details stored.

After creating your campaign, move on to edit the campaign details. You can skip the advanced features like Filters and Buttons in your first trial. Click on the 'Email Template' button. Enter the subject line and the body of the message.

You can insert values from the Google sheet. Scroll down and click on the "Fields" link. It will display all the fields in the Google Sheet. Then just copy the field to the email body or the subject line.

Press the 'Preview' button to see a preview of how it will appear in the email. The preview will fetch row values from the Google sheet and show you how each email will look like.

The next step is to select how you want to send the emails.

Click on the Mailer settings tab. There are multiple options to send the email campaign. (1)Use your Gmail Account (2) use a dedicated cloud mailer service like Amazon SES, Mandrill and the like.

Use your Gmail account to send the campaign only if you have very few contacts (less than 100) Gmail is designed to be a personal email platform and so it has restrictions on the number of emails that you can send.

For an initial trial, Gmail Account should be fine (as long as the sheet contains less than 100 emails) .

Send the Campaign

Click on the 'Schedule Or Send' tab. Click on the 'Send Now' button to send the campaign immediately.

If you want to send the campaign later, click on the 'Add Schedule' button. Then choose the date and time and press the 'Schedule' button.

Collecting Responses

It is often quite useful if we can quickly collect responses from the users straight from the email. For example, let the invitees press a button to indicate whether they are attending the party by pressing a button 'I am Attending'.
